"The bolster is what I ordered. I love bHalfmoon prank bolsters. I ordered a 2mm mat and was sent a 6mm mat. I have the 6mm one already and don’t like it which is why I ordered the thinner one. My issue is that customer service hasn’t responded to my inquiries concerning how to return the mat and get what I ordered. They have no phone number. I’ve sent 2 emails and an inquiry into their contact request form and they have not acknowledged or replied to any of them. I’ve never had a problem before with bHalfmoon and this non response is concerning to me."

"I purchased this mat exclusively for travelling. I love the colour. I also appreciate that it is just as grippy as my long & strong mat. What I don't like however is that it slides a little and has a tendency to fold when practicing on a hotel room carpet. The mat does not slide on a wood floor, but still folds a little. This is due to its 2mm thinness and light weight, which of course is desired when travelling by plane in particular. If travelling my car and I have sufficient space I prefer to take my long & strong mat for more stability on the floor."
