A generous size with a broad surface area allows this firm and comfortable rectangular bolster to support you in endless ways. The high-quality, manually constructed interior batting and removable, washable, 100% cotton cover have an easy-to-carry handle and were constructed with care just outside Vancouver, Canada. We take pride in the design techniques used in developing our bolsters and have felt this way for the last 35 years. We have great passion for bringing you self-care tools that stand the test of time.

As you find movement, slide it under the sacrum for a supported bridge, run it vertically along the spine for a chest and shoulder opener, or position it horizontally for a supported upper backbend. As you find meditation, straddle your bolster and feel your spine lengthen as you use it as an elevated seat.

"This is my FAVOURITE bolster! We use this style at our studio, and after completing my 200HR yoga training, I wanted to deepen my home practice with the same setup and feel. Getting a high-quality bolster was a must, and I knew I wanted one like the Halfmoon. I held off at first, thinking I could find something comparable locally.
