It is light weight and it doesn't slide on the floor when I put my weight on it. The density of the foam makes it quite solid, but not uncomfortable to use. It has beveled edges, so no harsh corners. So far no problems with it."

"While I do wish they sold these in sets of two for a bit less than what it costs to buy two separately. That said, these are really nice blocks to use and my wife who is actually certified to teach yoga (but doesn't actually do it professionally) agrees that they have a nice feel. Even though they're foam, they seem quite durable and strong enough for regular use as intended. If you're going to order this I would suggest you order them alone without other items at the same time, or at least not heavy angular ones, just to keep anything else that might get put into the same box from digging into them as sharp heavy objects pressing into them will dent them though it's really just a cosmetic thing you'd probably rather avoid."
