Gratitude is an attitude that can be cultivated for blessings in our lives, and during each moment of life — towards ourselves! Our brains are programmed to protect and to survive, and when we live a life out in the world it is nearly impossible to avoid feelings of self-judgment or unworthiness. Below is a simple guided meditation to reconnect to self-acceptance and the concept that we all have goodness within. The practice of inviting in new worthy aspects of ourselves through inner mantra will instil more confidence and openness. We will feel more at ease and grateful for all the challenges and support that people bring into our lives. Gratitude begins within and it's never too late to start!
